Correspondence, Pow Wow programs, publicity, and business records regarding the Flagstaff Pow Wow, 1965-1978. The Flagstaff Pow Wow was held from 1931-1981 on the Fourth of July holiday. Activities included Indian dances, an all-Indian rodeo, and sale of Indian crafts and food. No restriction on access. The 2024 event is slated for February 24 and 25, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Native American festival is held each year at Princess Place Preserve, a beautiful 1500-acre park filled with hiking trails and a historic lodge.
