Scoutwrights reduce the weight of the armor to a greater degree, useful for keeping heavier armor sets weight down if you're having trouble getting over encumbered. Generally less desirable as weight means nothing to thralls and the lighter armor also has lower durability. Still a good armorer to have over a T3 though.
